I eat rice for my meals at least once a day because I was born and grew up in a country in which people eat rice as the main part of the meal. As a child, I loved "White Rice" but hated "Red Rice."
However, now, I’ve realised Red Rice is much healthier than White Rice. I heard about its health benefits such as preventing diabetes and heart disease, lower high cholesterol and, many more.
So, I decided to reverse what I used to be.
